UrTih was the Mystic Alchemist. He joined his fellow Mystics, led by the Ritual Guardian, to return to the Castle of the Crystal before the Great Conjunction. Halfway, he spontaneously burst into flames and died. What his fellow Mystics didn't know was that this was due to his Skeksis counterpart, the Scientist, falling down the castle's main shaft into lava. Had both lived to see the Great Conjunction, they would have combined to create the UrSkek TekTih.
