The Peacekeeper Command Carrier was a type of vessel used by the Peacekeeper's from Farscape.
History
Command Carriers were large space going vessels that were developed and constructed by the Peacekeepers. (Episode: Premiere) Among the most infamous vessels of this class was the Zelbinion that was under the command of Captain Selto Durka who held a legendary reputation amongst the Peacekeepers. The ship was later found adrift and badly damaged where it was looted by scavengers such as the Sheyang. (Episode: PK Tech Girl)
Background
Massive ships that were the premeire starship of the Peacekeepers and were over a metra long. Their large size meant that they were capable of holding a crew of 50,000 which included men, women and children. (Episode: Into the Lion's Den - Wolf in Sheep's Clothing) To protect them from attack, these starships were able to project a form of defense screen to shield them from enemy fire. (Episode: PK Tech Girl) These vessels possessed their own homing beacons in order to allow the Peacekeepers to track them down though it was possible to deactivate them. (Farscape: Peacekeeper Wars)
