Overview
Originally, the Prometheans were flesh and blood Forerunners that consisted of the elite Warrior-Servants of their kind. Composed Prometheans were able to move through space under their own power and did not require any form of life support systems. They were able to depart from ships and attack enemy craft where they used their arm mounted weapons to burn through enemy vessel hulls in order to force entry.
Among the composed Prometheans, there were various types that included:

- Promethean Battlewagon :
A supporting unit within the Promethean were the Crawlers that were four legged constructs that were armed with various energy weapons.

- Didact : a male Forerunner noted for being a brilliant military leader who had led the Prometheans for thousands of years.
