History
It was created to destroy or seal magic that threatened the world.
At some point, a number of apostles were sent by the office who became the Black Knights that were tasked with destroying evil.
They had sensed the presence of an evil power on top of the Aya Hill and dispatched Ursula of the Epistle to investigate.
Overview
It was held as the world's largest magical organization with its ranks consisting of numerous magicians.
