Biography
John Ryker
After his arrest, he was placed in a S.H.I.E.L.D. prison until the agency's collapse with H.A.M.M.E.R. rising to replace it. Director Norman Osborn then had General Ryker freed for a special project that involved a time-traveller called Lyra. She was a female warrior that was born in a possible future where she was the daughter of Thundra and the Hulk.
