Biography
During World War I, he fought for Germany and served as a corporal in the army when he encountered the time-displaced Momentary Princess in Leipzig that appeared at regular intervals in history. After seeing it, Strucker touched it and saw a vision of the future where he became the leader of Hydra before the relic disappeared again. (Gambit v3 #10)
At some point, he married his third wife who was Elsbeth von Strucker who was noted for being a smart woman that kept to the shadows with few knowing about her and her becoming the fourth richest person in the world. She was a Satanist who had been funding Hydra since 1957 with her taking four kings and three presidents at lovers as she lived to be 175 years old in the modern day. (Wolverine v3 #23)
