Biography
He approached Mayor Wilson Fisk stating that he would be taking over his position as Kingpin of Crime before departing. Parker was confronted by the Defenders who were provided the information on the Hood's location by Black Cat. Robbin's then assembled the various crime lords stating that they needed to rework their approach where he offered to make them each a Kingpin of a respective territory with himself as the Kingpin of Kingpins that managed them.
