Phantom Troupe (幻影旅団? Genei Ryodan) were a gang of thieves that operated in the world.
It was said that the last time the Troupe had gathered together with all of its members was three years ago.
Lucilfer decided to dispatch the Troupe for a mission to raid the Yorknew auction and steal everything there despite the fact that this would cause hostilities with every faction there.
