Norman Osborn is a male human who was native who existed on Earth-1610 in the Multiverse. (Ultimate Spider-Man v1 #1)
Norman theorized that if the OZ combined with spider DNA were behind Parker's abilities of a spider then Norman with OZ combined with his own DNA would become a heightened version of himself. However, his experiment would go wrong where it resulted in an explosion that affected his son and Dr. Otto Octavius whilst Norman was transformed into a grotesque, demon-like monster.
