The Cold Warriors were a short-lived group of cold-based supervillains organized by Polar Lord that took over Bijouti as part of a greater plan for world conquest. Polar Lord turned on his fellows once the Tharrian invasion was imminent, causing them to side with natives and the Justice League against the aliens. Afterwards, they were captured by the authorities.
