The Supreme Commander of the Samurai Lizards was the undisputed ruler of Planet Saurion. Bedecked in golden armor with a long, flowing red cape and possessed of a regal air, he was an imposing figure. Despite his people being mortal enemies of the ninja ducks of Canopus III, the Commander rigorously held to a strict code of Samurai honor. Any Samurai who broke this code was punished. When Sly Leezard (without the Commander's permission) hatched a scheme to conquer Canopus, the Commander showed up with his men in time to witness Leezard being captured by Kamikaze Kamo, Deadeye Duck and Willy DuWitt.
Initially antagonostic towards the three because "no duck mau touch a Samurai and live," he was surprised when Kamo told that Leezard was "not a true Samurai," for he had broken his vow of honor to both him and DuWitt. When pressed, Leezard admitted it was true, and the enraged Commander ordered him taken prisoner. Before departing, he said that the two ducks and the human boy could go free, as long as they never returned to Saurion.
