Number 2 was the second-in-command to Doctor Evil. He wears an eyepatch over his right eye, although the vision in that eye does not seem to be impaired (the eyepatch, in fact, gives him X-ray vision). When Dr. Evil was frozen in 1967, Number 2 ran Virtucon in his absence, helping it grow into a miltibillion-dollar company.
Comments
His eyepatch and position in Dr. Evil's chain of command seem to indicate that Number 2 is a parody of Emilio Largo.
