Dr. Reeves was the town physician in Devil's End. He examined the dead body of Jim, and declared that he'd died of a heart attack. The local white witch, Olive Hawthorne, insisted he'd died of fright, but Reeves didn't believe her. He later treated the Doctor and Professor Horner after the two became flash-frozen following the opening of the Devil's Hump. Although Horner died, Reeves was able to get the Time Lord stabilized.
