*In X-Men, Caliban made a cameo appearance as a Morlock in the episode "Slave Island" but later featured in the episode "The Fifth Horseman". By this point, Caliban had joined Fabian Cortez and became one of Apocalypse's [[Hounds (Marvel)|Hounds]] where he was empowered with an enhanced physique and abilities. As a Hound, he was tasked with finding a vessel that was a powerful Mutant that could become the new host body of Apocalypse. The initial sacrifice managed to escape and the Hounds captured Beast and Jubilee that were exploring the area. Jubilee was selected as the sacrifice with Caliban attempting to save her life but Cortez refused. Following an insult, Caliban flew into a rage and attacked Cortez and the Hounds as he attempted to free Jubilee. This resulted in Fabian Cortez taking away his new powers turning Caliban back to his older form.
