Kagetane Hiruko is a male anime villain that features in Black Bullet.

Biography

Kagetana's daughter Initiator Kohina Hiruko.

Kagetane Hiruko was a Japanese men who around ten years ago joined the Japanese Self-Defense Force (JSDF) where he killed everyone at a hospital before running away.

Battling Rentaro Satomi.

Overview

Personality and attributes

In appearance, Kagetane was a lean pale skinned man with slick black grey hair that reached the back of his neck and average sized ears. His most distinctive feature was the white mask he always wore that prevented anyone from seeing his true face. The mask, allowed his eyes and portions of his jawline exposed.

Hiruko noted that people did not want to see his face not because he was disfigured but for other reasons and did not elaborate.

He was shown to be entirely dismissive of Seitenshi and called her a useless ruler.

Powers and abilities

A large amount of his body was replaced with Varanium machines that allowed him superhuman abilities.

His cybernetic nature meant that he was highly durable snd resilient to harm. In one instance, he survived a kick to the neck that twisted his head around with no resistance and simply rotated it back in place whilst making no sound of pain despite the injury.
