Biography
Heggra was a female member of the New Gods and an inhabitant of the dark world of Apokolips. She was the sister of Steppenwolf whilst she came to rule Apokolips as Queen where she gave birth to a son named Darkseid. Steppenwolf was in charge of Apokolips military forces that faced numerous strikes from New Genesis when Izaya sought revenge for the death of his believed Avia. (New Gods v1 #7)
