Biography
Origin
At a masquerade ball, Thomas Wayne wore a bat costume where he helped capture the bank robber Lew Moxon. Moxon had attempted to force Wayne to treat wounds he sustained from an earlier fight with the police. After his arrest, he was taken to trial where he swore revenge against Thomas Wayne.
