Andrew was the servant of Elise Lenoir. He died when his employer drained his lifeforce after having no more use for him.

- Andrew is based on two different characters from Succubus!, an unfinished episode of the earlier SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron; Katrina Moorkroft's chauffeur Otto and her butler Laszlo. Like Otto, he drives Elise's limousine, and like Laszlo he serves as her butler.
