Biography
Julius was a male human born in the modern age. (Infamous Iron Man v1 #2) During college, he met a man named Jinkins in college who kept his details and stayed in contact with him over the years. (New Warriors v1 #2) He himself stated that he had worked in the private sector for over a decade.
