The Dead Moon Circus (Japanese: デッドムーンサーカス, Hepburn: Deddo Mūn Sākasu) were a race of happy and successful beings who lived in the shadows of the moon kingdom. In that time, they were ruled by Queen Nehellenia who was a vane leader that loved her people where everyone was treated honourably and respectfully.
