Biography
Garou (Japanese: ガロウ, Hepburn: Garō; Viz: Garo)
As a child, he proved to be unpopular at school and was a social outcast where one day he was reading a book as several other kids were playing heroes. At their head was a popular boy named Tacchan where Garou tried to make them realise that it was dangerous to kick another student to the ground. It was then that Tacchan declared Garou to be a new villain and that he named himself a hero called Justice Man. He tried to kick Garou then who dodged with Tacchan missing leading to him hurting himself.

In appearance, Garou was a young man with sharp features, yellow eyes, and long silver hair that spikes upward in two large prongs, giving a feeling of a young wolf. He came to be known as the Human Monster and as the Hero Hunter.
Powers and abilities
He had a unique learning ability (超学習能力, Chō Gakushū Nōryoku) that allowed him to learn countermeasures for other people's fighting styles while making their fighting styles his own.
