Biography
Kiyomasa Senji (Japanese: 千地 清正, Hepburn: Senji Kiyomasa) was a male human who lived in Japan in the modern age. Around 8 years ago, the 18 year old Senji came to work as a police officer by the year 2016. After the Great Tokyo Earthquake]], he along with his colleagues Akira Shindō, Tōshirō Kan, Momoi, and his senpai Domon were assigned to Tokyo where they were tasked with restoring peace to the area. By this point, Senji had already acquired his Branch of Sin and he used its power to help fight criminals on the streets.

In appearance, Kiyomasa Senji was a tall, muscular man with a tan who wore his short short black hair spiked back and had the letters DSMK tattooed above his right eye in memory of his former teammates. Whilst in Deadman Wonderland, he was forced to become a participant in the Carnival Corpse and was given the name of Crow.
Powers and abilities
As one of the Deadmen (デッドマン, Deddoman), he possessed his own Branch of Sin (罪の枝, Tsumi no Eda) that gave him the ability to control the blood in his body. For Senji, he was able to specifically make rings that had serrated blades on his forearms that sliced them open in order to drain blood. This allowed him to manifest Crow Claw (クロウ・クロウ, Kurō Kurō) that were scythe-like blades which he could use in combat to cut through objects. He had the ability to alter the blades though normally made straight ones created from the top of his hand. Kiyomasa could manifest them anywhere on his body but had them form on his forearms where he could use them to slice or cut his targets.
A variation of his ability was manifested in a technique called Invisible Black (空虚閃, Inbijiburu Burakku, Japanese for "Empty Hollow Flash) whereby he created a large scythe-like blade at the top of his right hand instead of his usual forearms.
