One of the tallest buildings in Megakat City along with City Hall and the Megakat Tower, Enforcer Headquarters is exactly what its name implies: the base of operations for the Enforcers. It is also one of the most well-guarded buildings in the city, equipped with its own built-in laser cannons, and it also features its own research laboratory (run by Dr. Konway) and above-street level helipad and landing strip.
