The Dark Hand was a global criminal organization that came to operate on Earth. At some point, they were headed by Valmont who looked to expand his fortunes and power. He eventually encountered a living dragonic statue that contained a caged demon named Shendu who offered him great power in exchange for the Dark Hand to acquire his lost talismans.
Overview
In appearance, the Dark Hand were a global crime syndicate who had connections to every criminal activity in existence.
A group of its senior members were the Enforcers who worked directly for the boss of the Dark Hand.
For a time, their base of operations was situated at a skyscraper located in San Francisco.
