Oscorp

Oscorp is a company run by Norman Osborn, the father of Harry Osborn. His partner, Dr. Stromm was one of its main scientists. A U.S. Army officer, General Slocum, planned to cancel a contract with Oscorp for Human Performance Enhancers.

After the death of Norman Osborn, Harry takes command of Oscorp.
