Egrigori are an organization that feature in Project ARMS.

History

At some point, the organization discovered highly intelligent twin male children by the name of Al Bowen and Jeff Bowen. These twins had more knowledge and sheer mental power than any adult thus making them frightening adolescents who were abandoned by their school as well as their own parents. These traits, however, intrigued the Egrigori who took them in and attempted to reintegrate them into society by enrolling them in the Chapel Program. However, the Chapel Twins intelligence only continued to increase and they began to produce state of the art military weaponry which the Egrigori kept as their secret supply and used for their own cause. After the discovery of the ARMS children, the Chapel Twins volunteered for the task of capturing them where they deployed their combat cyborgs Plus and Minus for the task. (Episode: Counterattack)

They had such fine management over society to the point that they claimed that they controlled the likes of the police and media. (Episode: Intercept)

Egrigori was a massive organization that operated in the shadows on Earth though various bases as well as research facilities with agents spread across the world. Its ultimate aim was to subtley control the path of Human evolution through artificial means by the use of numerous secret projects made by their scientists. Its based of operations was Carilion Tower and its forces were active in the study of both artificial as well as natural abberations that appeared around the planet.

Egrigori's research consisted of cybernetic programs, cloning, genetic engineering and nanotechnology. It made numerous attempts at capturing the ARMS units from a band of teenagers that opposed their goals.
