Biography
As Martin Li, he donated Terracotta Statues to the metropolitan museum with this being showcased by Mayor J. Jonah Jameson. It was then that his operatives were putting his plans in place with Anti-Venom arriving at the museum but Mr. Negative was prepared for him. This led to him ambushing Brock and prepared to kill him but was stopped by the mysterious Wraith. She freed Spider-Man who was brought to the scene by Anti-Venom with the three heroes battling Mr. Negative along with his minions. During the fight, it was discovered through facial recognition that Mr. Negative was Martin Li with this being transmitted publically revealing the criminal mastermind to the world.
