History
Mount Inostranka was a large mountain situated in Alaska where the United States of America constructed a secret prison facility. It was designed as a prison to hold the 97 prisoners that came during a mysterious event. Upon encounter, these individuals were kept strictly at the facility with it being overseen by the CIA for many years. Information on the Mount Inostranka facility had always been on a 'needs to know basis'. During the presidency of Elias Martinez, he was unaware of the program at Inostranka until a file came to him whereupon he learnt of the facility. After learning of its existence, he wanted to visit the facility and meet its occupants.
Overview
Part of its design included a mess hall, living quarters and a research laboratory.

- Mount Inostranka was an original creation for The Event series as no such mountain exists in Alaska.
- In Russian, Inostranka (Иностранка) meant female foreigner.
