She took her helicarrier on a course to the Savage Land where she destroyed a seemingly rogue facility mining Vibranium. (X-Men: Children of the Atom)
In an effort to find an advantage, Hill was contacted by Taskmaster and the Black Ant who told her that they had some incriminating evidence on Steve Rogers. However, when she arrived at Bagalia, the supervillains were not there. Despite the loss, Maria decided to check Taskmasters computer and saw footage of Steve Rogers secretly declaring his true allegiance to Hydra.
