Homo Geneticus were a series of genetically engineered mutants born of humanity through the experiments made by Dr. Bradford Miller. (Silver Star v1 #1)
Overview
Through a genetic package, subjects were transformed into a state that would allow for post-atomic survival. Typically, these were performed by a series of pre-natal implants in pregnant females. (Silver Star v1 #1)
