Biography
Whilst Walter was in St. Claire's, William arrived at the facility in order to remove parts of Bishop's brain that were hidden in three other people. (Episode: Grey Matters)
When Fringe Division investigated The Pattern, they attempted to find Bell but his position was unknown with even Nina Sharp unaware of his location. In reality, he was residing in an alternate universe for the last several months with him living at an office at the top of the World Trade Center that remained standing in that reality. He managed to transport Olivia Dunham to that office when she crossed the barrier between the two worlds. (Episode: There's More Than One of Everything)
