- In the DC Animated Universe, Mister Miracle made a number of appearances in the shared continuity setting.
- In Justice League Unlimited, Mister Miracle made his first active appearance in the episode "The Ties That Bind" where he was voiced by actor Ioan Gruffudd. It was shown that his real name was Scott who was taken in as a step-son of Darkseid where he was forced to undergo brutal training at the hands of Granny Goodness in the X-Pit. She attempted to break his spirit and show him the meaning of despair as part of her training regimen but he resisted her where he eventually managed to escape. During his escape, he encountered an Apokoliptian warrior Big Barda and convinced her to leave with him whereupon the two were married. Scott took the superhero identity with him forming a friendship with Oberon and engaged in various death-defying acts as part of his role as an escape artist. After Darkseid's apparent death, a civil war engulfed Apokolips with various individuals seeking to replace him. In that time, Kalibak was captured by Virman Vundabar who intended to brainwash him to secure his rule of the planet. To get Kalibak released, Granny Goodness captured Oberon in order to coerce Mister Miracle into freeing his step-brother from the X-Pit.
