Overview
It was said that the building had stood for almost a century with five generations of Cobblepots walking through its doors. (Batman: Gates of Gotham v1 #3)
Oswald Cobblepot had built many unique features into his version of the Lounge. This included amphetamines dissolved in ice cubes, drink umbrellas that sprayed alcohol over the crowd to get them all dancing, blast-proof craps tables, bulletproof glass hidden in the ice of the cage and defibrillators charged extra to allow them to be used as weapons to electrocute enemies whilst making it look like they died of a heart attack.
