- Silk was created by Dan Slott and Humberto Ramos where she made her first cameo appearance in the Amazing Spider-Man v3 #1 (April, 2014) before making a full appearance in Amazing Spider-Man v3 #4 (July, 2014).
Alternate Versions
- In the Spider-Women event (2016), it was revealed that the Cindy Moon of Earth-65 that was home to Spider-Gwen was a villain and head of a deadly spy organization called S.I.L.K.

Films
- In Spider-Man: Homecoming, a character by the name of Cindy appeared in the live-action film set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe where she was portrayed by actor Tiffany Espensen. She was a student at the Midtown School of Science and Technology where she was part of the decathlon team.
Video games
- In Marvel: Avengers Alliance, Silk appeared as a hero character in the Facebook game.
- In Spider-Man Unlimited, Silk appeared as a playable character in the iOS video game. Her backstory mentioned her being bitten by the same radioactive spider as Peter Parker but later locked herself away in isolation. She was later freed by Spider-Man where she created a costume made of webbing for herself but later made a new one after she began her career as the superhero Silk.
- In Marvel: War of Heroes, Silk appeared as a playable card in the video game.
- In Marvel: Future Fight, Silk was introduced as a playable character in the mobile game.
