Henchman of Taurus Bulba, a short ram who said everything twice. He helped Hammerhead Hannigan steal the Waddlemeyer Ramrod, and later participated in the two attempts to kidnap Gosalyn Waddlemeyer. Along with Hoof, he floated away after being zapped by the Ramrod's anti-gravity beam, and has not been seen since.
