Nitro

Nitro was an explosives expert and arsonist-for-hire was hired by Roland Daggett to destroy the section of Gotham City known as Crime Alley. His plan was to detonate an old gas line that ran under the city block, so that Daggett's company could develop the area. Although Nitro managed to destroy several condemned buildings, Batman stopped him from blowing up the inhabited buildings on the block.,
