Ponch was one of Roland Daggett's henchmen. A large, heavyset man, Ponch assisted Milo and Jessie in rounding up stray cats and dogs to infect them with Daggett's virus back at Daggett Labs. He was quickly caught by Batman, and last seen hanging upside-down and gagged in a Daggett Labs storage building.
