Project Contact was a genetic weapon that featured in Mutant X.
Background
Project Contact was a bio-weapon research project created by Dr. Robert Harrow who created bacteria-carrying assassins. A corrupt government official known as Nick Benedict and planned to use it against foreign dignitaries. Dr. Harrow grew nervous when he learnt how his assassins were being used, Mr Benedict used him as the first test subject of the assassins.
