The Universal Heart was an entity that featured in the game Genesis Rising: The Universal Crusade.
Background
The Heart was believed to have been responsible for the creation of all life and matter in the universe. It was this rumour that led to Captain Iconah being sent on a crusade to find and capture the Universal Heart.
