Sandor was one of Karl Stromburg's assassins. He was sent by Stromberg to assist Jaws in recovering the stolen microfilm of the submarine tracking system. Sandor's job was to eliminate James Bond, but his gun missed its mark and Sandor was killed by 007 by being dropped off a Cairo rooftop, after Bond had questioned him regarding the whereabouts of Aziz Fekkesh.
