Biography
Seth was part of an experiment conducted by Shadaloo in creating artificial beings that were superior to organisms compared to ordinary humans. He was the 15th model of his kind out of 26 others. However, he began to harbor a desire to being the ultimate power in the world and claimed he was superior to his comrades. He eventually rose to the position of head of SIN; the weapon development division in Shadloo.
