Chris (Slimer)
Chris was Mark's girlfriend. She was very much into new-age religions and philosophies. When her boyfriend caused their yacht to sink, she joined the others in the lift raft until they got to the Brinkstone oil rig that was a front for the Phoenix Project. When the group explored the facility, Chris expressed distaste when she learned that the Brinkstone scientists had experimented on animals. As an animal rights activist, using animals in scientific research offended her.
When heroin addict Mark began experiencing withdrawal symptoms, Chris pleaded with Alex Rinaldo to give her ailing boyfriend some of his private stash. He agreed, but only if she performed sexual favors for him. Later, Chris had the misfortune to encounter Charlie after it had just finished absorbing Alex. Alex's mind had taken over the shark's due to his strong will, and he used its shapeshifting abilities to increase his size after transforming its body into his. Chris was raped to death by the Alex-monster and then consumed, and her mind trapped inside of Charlie. Her mind was freed and she was allowed to die later when Paul Latham and Linda Warner overdosed Charlie's original body with heroin.
