History

Biotech Undercover Guided Surveillance (B.U.G.S.) were a type of technology developed by Tony Stark. He placed two of the machines on Obadiah Stane in order to use them to get some scans on Doctor Doom who had arrived at Stark International's headquarters. Despite their camouflaged nature, Doom determined their nature as surveillance equipment and destroyed one though its compatriot managed to escape into the air ducts.

Overview

These small machines imitated organic life to the point that they resembled harmless houseflies. Thus, they were able to attach themselves to the back of a person and upon entry into the target area they could fly about the region. Once done, they transmitted their visual feed back to their user allowing them real time access to a restricted area and provide useful scans to them.
