- Lelouch Lamperouge was created by Ichirō Ōkouchi, Gorō Taniguchi and Clamp where he was voiced by Japanese actors Jun Fukuyama as an adult and Sayaka Ohara as a child.
- The character was voiced by English actor Johnny Yong Bosch who did the adult Lelouch and Michelle Ruff who played Lelouch as a child in the dubbed series.
