History
The Sons of the Serpent
The group intended to attack an airfield in order to hold the people hostage but when they arrived at the scene they found the building missing. Their strike force was then attacked by the Hulk on behalf of S.H.I.E.L.D. who proceeded to arrest the Sons of the Serpent. They came to learn that the airfield had vanished due to temporal anomalies that were affecting the planet. (Indestructible Hulk v1 #11)
Overview
An ancient sacred text that was treasured by them was the Book of Kell. (The Spectacular Spider-Man Annual v1 #9)
