The Shie Hassaikai (死し穢え八はっ斎さい會かい? literally meaning the "Eight Precepts of Death") were originally a Yakuza group that operated in Japan.
Overview
An elite group within the group were the Eight Bullets (鉄砲玉 八斎衆 Teppōdama Hassaishū?) that consisted of powerful and dangerous Quirk users.
