Biography
Origin
Warren White
At court, he decided to plead that he was not guilty due to insanity and wanted to be moved to Arkham Asylum. At first, Warren was unaware of the nature of that institution with his legal counsel attempting to change his venue btu the judge decided to sent him to the institute for the criminally insane. (Arkham Asylum: Living Hell v1 #1)
He was in the showers when he encountered the Joker after which he became desperate to leave the asylum. (Arkham Asylum: Living Hell v1 #1)
Post-Flashpoint
Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events.
