Biography
Alex Louis Armstrong (Japanese: アレックス・ルイ・アームストロング, Hepburn: Arekkusu Rui Āmusutorongu?) was a male human born as a citizen of the country of Amestris where he was the son of Philip Gargantos Armstrong. As the son of the illustrious Armstrong family, he came to join the military where he joined the ranks of the State Alchemists where he came to be known as he Strong Arm Alchemist. A young Armstrong began his military career during the Ishval Civil War where he served as a Human Weapon on the front lines.

Personality and attributes
As a State Alchemist, he came to be known by the title of the Strong Arm Alchemist (豪腕の錬金術師, Gōwan no Renkinjutsushi).
Alex Louise Armstrong was the son of Philip Gargantos Armstrong where he had four sisters.
Powers and abilities
He made use of combat alchemy that had been passed down the Armstrong line for generations and mixed alchemical skill with physical prowess.
