History
The Twins were a pair of programs that were created by the Machines that resided in the Matrix. They were said to be creations of one of the earlier incarnations of the Matrix but came to be Exile programs. In the current incarnation of the world, they came to operate as henchmen to the Merovingian.
Overview
In appearance, the Twins were a pair of programs that took the form of albino humans with long hair who wore sunglasses and wore white clothes. They rarely spoke but when they did it was in a slow-paced English accent where they spoke to the other as 'we' rather than 'i'.
A unique ability of the Twins was the power to take a non-corporeal form that allowed them to phase through any solid matter, avoid gunfire and other weapons, explosions or other such attacks. Upon phasing back into corporeal form, any physical damage they may have previously taken was reset thus healing them in the process.
They were skilled martial artists and proficient with the use of bladed weapons.
