- In Arrow, the Arrowcave made its first appearance in the live-action television series starting from the pilot. It was originally an abandoned factory located within the Glades in Starling City where the recently returned Oliver Queen decided to use the site as a secret base for his war against crime. He cleared the area and turned the site into a club called the Verdant where secretly he established an underground section that was to serve as his base of operations which came to be known as the Arrowcave.
